Tyree and I have worked together for 2 years at DIA, some of that very closely on a number of short-term initiatives. I can say without hesitation that Ty was admired by everyone in the organization, not only for his work ethic, functional expertise, multi-industry diversity, but also for his personality, energy, positivity, idea generation, and overall motivation to improve DIA's reputation. He was a true ambassador for DIA. It was hard not to see the day-to-day effect that Ty had on the people with whom he works, and vendors & clients. He reminds me of one of those athletes that everyone says is great for the clubhouse! Tyree was an integral part of all marketing campaigns for the company and was asked to contribute in many different ways. Tyree lead large marketing events and conferences, focusing mainly on promotions and logistics. He managed the execution of e-mail marketing, from procuring lists to analyzing responses and suggesting optimization techniques. He oversaw website analytics and produced reports for management. He also aided the production of business proposals and ensured alignment with legal requirements. Tyree was a very motivated part of this company and plugged in wherever was needed.

Tyree is a consummate team player. He is relentlessly positive and supportive to others and accepting of constructive criticism for himself. He takes time to build others around him up. One of Tyree's best traits is his obvious dedication to team goals.

He is goal-oriented and his dedication toward company goals is always evident. He takes success personally, which was obvious next to other marketing team members who were there to "do a job". Tyree is a dedicated, detail-oriented team player, and someone I would hire again without hesitation. 
 

Ty was responsible for assisting me in management of the department. He was always the first person to volunteer for a job, and the last person to leave the office at night when there was still work to be done. If I gave Ty a job to do, I could always rely on it being done completely and accurately. 
 
Ty's job required serious attention to detail. He was the point person for quality control in the advertisement department, and audited paperwork and processes for their completions and accuracy. Ty could be counted on to make sure nothing slipped through the cracks. 
 
Ty is a self-stater. When you give him a task, he'll either complete it or, independently, seek the additional knowledge or resources he needs in the organization to get it done. When he sees a problem, he jumps on top of trying to smooth it out instead of waiting for the task to be assigned to him. He's the kind of person who sees challenges and asks "how can I help?", always thinking of the team's needs before his own.
